### The platform

**What is Impact Suite?**

Impact Suite gives K–12 districts one platform for safety, mental health, special education, Medicaid, compliance and family communication, with AI that handles the paperwork so educators can spend their time on students. Every part works on one shared student record.

**Who is Impact Suite for?**

Superintendents, student services and special education directors, safety and security leads, counselors, and HR and compliance teams, along with the teachers and staff who use it every day. Access is role-based, so each person sees only what their role allows.

**Does it work with our student information system?**

Yes. Rosters and academic data sync from your SIS, and Impact Suite is a ClassLink Certified Partner, so staff and students can open it from ClassLink LaunchPad with single sign-on. Impact Suite works alongside your SIS rather than replacing it.

**What reporting does it provide?**

District and school dashboards, plus reports for concerns, mental health screenings, trainings and acknowledgements, attendance, MTSS, 504s and IEPs. Reports can be filtered by school and downloaded.

**How does Impact Suite help with compliance?**

Compliance & Training keeps policies, acknowledgements, state-required training and PD hours in one place. State-required trainings are mapped to each requirement, staff acknowledge policies in one click, and completion reports and certificates are ready when anyone asks.

**Which threat assessment protocols does it support?**

Eight research-based frameworks run natively: CSTAG, NTAC, Salem-Keizer, BCS/NTAC, CTAMP, PCCD, ALBTAM and Florida’s Harm Prevention and Threat Management Model. You can also build your district’s own protocol and run it on the same case record.

**How does the mental health side work?**

Counselors send short wellness check-ins to whole grades and give validated screeners like PHQ-A, GAD-7, ASQ and C-SSRS to one student at a time. When an answer suggests risk, the counselor hears the same day. Students also get a free mental health app with daily check-ins and guided content, alongside your counseling team, not instead of it.

**What is SafeTip?**

SafeTip.org is an anonymous tip line where students, parents and staff can report safety concerns any time, from any device. Tips land with your school’s concerns in Impact Suite, and your team can reply to the tipster without knowing who sent it.

**How does emergency response work?**

Emergency Response (E3) is an add-on through our partner Emergent 3: first-responder alerts in under six seconds, smart maps and first-responder integration, and Alyssa’s Law-compliant panic alerts, connected to the platform your staff already use.

### Getting started

**How long does implementation take?**

It depends on your district and the bundles you choose, and it runs on your timeline. Your IEPs and data come with you, staff practice in a training sandbox before go-live, and districts can start with a few schools and expand from there, with training on demand, virtually or live.

**What support is there after launch?**

Email support at support@impactsuite.com, a Help Center inside the portal, and an orientation guide beside every page of the product. Your account team stays with you after go-live.

**How is it priced?**

Per student, with no per-user fees. License only the bundles you need. Impact Suite is available through SHI.

### Data and AI

**Is our district’s data secure?**

Student data is hosted in the United States on AWS, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3), with role-based access. Impact Suite runs a FERPA, HIPAA and COPPA compliance program, and SOC 2 is in progress. Full documentation is public in the Trust Center.

**Is student data used to train AI?**

No. Not by us and not by the model provider. AskImpact runs on AWS Bedrock inside our own U.S. environment, and no AI company outside AWS receives student data.
