Employee Assistance Program add-on

Support for the people who support students.

Teachers, counselors and support staff carry a lot home. Give them, and their families, teletherapy and coaching with licensed professionals, 24/7 counseling access, and an app that helps them see what’s really driving the stress.

The Employee Assistance Program

Mental wellness for school staff that gets at the roots of emotional health, through preventative technology and professional care.

Our approach

Your “Mental Health Fitbit” + Professional Care.

When people understand what is really causing their depression and anxiety, they can get to deeper solutions. The Impact Suite app connects staff with the support, encouragement and guidance they need to catalyze deeper healing and growth.

Convenient access to licensed professionals.

Teletherapy and coaching. We make it easy for staff to connect with a therapist. They choose from a nationwide network of licensed professionals and set up an appointment that works around the school day, all from a single smartphone app. It’s safe, secure and personalized.

Predictive insights.

Personalized predictive insights help staff take control of their own mental and behavioral health.

  • Uncovering hidden trends
  • Discovering encouraging correlations
  • Revealing personalized predictors

Tailored guidance and training.

Unique needs require unique tools. People facing specific challenges want specific guidance and connection with others facing the same thing. The app offers communities with tailored curriculum, and AI coaching between sessions.

What staff get

See what staff get.

Licensed therapists. Staff choose a licensed therapist from a full list and book a time in a few taps. The session shows up on their Home screen, and they join it by video.

Our approach

Therapeutic lifestyle change for mental health.

Small, targeted adjustments in key lifestyle categories, like sleep, exercise, connection and finances, lead to lasting healing and change. The app scores each one, so staff can see which matter most for them.

Private for staff

Private for staff. Useful for the district.

No individual staff member’s information is shared with the district. You receive utilization reports and anonymous, aggregated data on staff well-being, so leaders can see whether the benefit is being used and where to focus, without seeing who asked for help.

An anonymous, aggregated well-being report for an employer

81%

of workers say they will look for workplaces that support mental health.
