Your students’ records never train our AI. AskImpact runs inside our own U.S. AWS environment, an independent firm tested the platform in June 2026, and the HECVAT 4 and your state’s data agreement are ready before you ask.

- Is student data used to train AI?
- No. Not by us and not by the model provider. AWS Bedrock doesn’t train on inputs or outputs, and we never fine-tune on student records.
- Where is it processed?
- In the U.S. Inside our own AWS environment in Oregon, the same boundary as the rest of the platform. No student data is processed outside the United States.
- Who is the AI provider?
- AWS. AskImpact runs on AWS Bedrock with Anthropic’s Claude. No AI company outside AWS receives student data.
- Every question is checked AskImpact checks role and roster before it answers, so people only see the students they’re allowed to see.
- People stay in charge High-stakes changes, like a student’s plan, are drafted by AI and wait for a person to approve them.
- Never sold, never profiled Student data is never sold, rented or used for advertising or profiling.
