How it works

Your official IEP stays where it is.

Your district’s IEPs are kept in your own system of record. Impact Suite tracks goals, services and progress beside it, on the same student record as MTSS, 504s and everything else your teams already use.

  • Import your IEP documents Upload a student’s existing IEP, and its present levels, goals and services are read into Impact Suite.
  • Track progress Log progress on each goal and see whether the student is on track.
  • Write the progress report Each student’s summary page shows present levels, goals, services, the team and when the next report and evaluation are due, and downloads as a PDF.

Nothing to keep twice.

State forms, compliance alerts and signatures stay in your IEP system, so IEP Companion turns them off. No one is emailed or texted about IEP deadlines from Impact Suite, because your system of record already does that.

IEP Companion is an alternative to the full Special Education bundle, for districts that want to keep their current IEP system. It’s available to districts that don’t already have IEP records in Impact Suite. If you want Impact Suite to be your IEP system, the Special Education bundle runs IEPs from referral to exit.
